Specification
The Rotec 50 KG dry powder trolley mounted fire fighting system is a compact, easily maneuverable unit which is suitable for use with most types of fire fighting powder.
The System comprises of a main powder container with a capacity of 50Kgs of Monnex Dry Powder. The large diameter filler neck through which the system can be filled, is fitted with a filler cap incorporating the pressure relief valve.
The system is pressurised by CO2, which is supplied in a separate cylinder and stowed in its own bracket adjacent to the main container. The centre of gravity of the unit has been kept as low as possible and the balance point is such that the unit is highly maneuverable under all conditions. Discharge is via the 6metre x 19mm bore semi rigid hose, which terminates in a powder applicator.
As with all Rotec fire fighting equipment, considerable emphasis is placed on rugged construction and a high standard of external finish. This provides maximum protection against the elements and ensures that the equipment remains in first class condition throughout its operational life.
